www.smithstone.org will be stored in the website database. Some
or all this information will be posted on the website. Although the
member only section is login and password protected and restricted
to Smithstone members only, the Association does not provide any
type of warranty, guaranty or representation that such information
will remain private.
By entering data into the www.smithstone.org
website, you hereby authorize the publication of that data to the
website. By clicking "Continue" below and checking the “Agree” box
on the registration form, you acknowledge this
disclaimer and the disclosure of information and that you are a Smithstone member in good standing. Further, by proceeding beyond
this page and checking the “Agree” box, you, for yourself, spouse,
legal representative, agents, heirs and assigns, do hereby release,
discharge, indemnify, waive and agree to hold the Smithstone HOA,
webmaster, and any of their employees and owner(s), agents, assigns,
heirs, officers and harmless and free from any and all liability of
incident, injury or damages arising out of or in connection with
disclosure of any your information.
You further agree to indemnify
and hold harmless Smithstone HOA, webmaster, and any of their
employees and owner(s), agents, assigns, heirs, officers from any
and all claims, demands or other liabilities arising of or in
any way connected with any disclosure of information, including
payment of attorney’s fees incurred by those entities or persons in
responding to or defending against any claim, demand, or liability
asserted. |
